Shipping & Delivery

All our shipping is done via UPS, Fed Ex, and/or First Class Priority Mail.  Shipments are made daily, Monday through Friday. 
UPS and Fed Ex require a physical street address.  They will not deliver to a P.O. Box.   (Hong Kong residents will receive their packages via local courier and should receive their item within 48 hours after placing their order on our website.)

All shipments are discreetly packaged in plain boxes, or USPS supplied packaging. Our name appears as “GBT Holdings” on the return address. Packaging makes no mention of the nature of the contents, except when required by international customs regulations.

Please note:  UPS and Fed Ex deliveries may require the signature of the designated recipient.

WE DO NOT SHIP OR DELIVER ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS.

International Shipping

All international orders, to countries other than Canada and the US or Hong Kong, that are placed through our website are shipped via Hong Kong Post Air mail.  Expect 5-10 business days for delivery.  You may be subject to import duties and taxes, once your package reaches your country.  You pay these fees directly to your postal service at the time of delivery.

If you are the importer of record, you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country into which you are importing the goods.  Please note:  We are unable to issue refunds or credits for items seized by customs or for any additional shipping costs incurred. If you abandon your package rather than pay customs duties, we will not issue a refund.  Your local post officer will not release shipments without a signature, so please be aware that you will need to sign a confirmation tag upon arrival.

Privacy & Security

We never sell, rent, or give out any information about you, especially your email address, or your order to any company or individual.

Opting out of PAPAYA Toys emails is easy: there is a special checkbox for that purpose in your account information. Simply login at any time and edit your newsletter preferences.

Our shopping cart and payment gateways use Secure Socket Layering for every order.

If you no longer wish to receive marketing emails from us you can unsubscribe by:

           Clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email we send.

           Replying to the email with UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject line.

           Logging into your account and editing your newsletter preferences.


    Returns & Replacements

    All of our products are guaranteed against defect or breakage for 30 days from date of purchase.  We will gladly replace any defective or broken item within that time.  Simply contact us via email (or through our website) with your request and we will send you instructions along with an RMA — Return Merchandise Authorization — code.

    For your protection, we will require proof of purchase in the event of the following:

           Unable to verify billing and/or shipping address.

           History of fraud or chargebacks has been established.

    If additional proof of identity is required, we will contact you based on the information provided in your request.  Please note: This may delay the processing of your order.

    Reasons for requesting proof of identity are subject to change at any time.

    Viewing Orders

    You can track your order via Fed Ex or UPS.  Once your shipment is processed you will receive an email with your tracking number.  (Hong Kong residents will not receive a tracking number.)

    Updating Account Information

    Customers who placed orders online will be able to logon to our website at any time to check their account details and order status.  You can also update your account information at any time.
         Please note:  We do not store credit card information with your account on our website.
